Earth Wind Fire Race FAQ
Earth Wind Fire Races are 5k or 10k obstacle courses designed by canyonering specialists and a personal trainer designed to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. Earth Wind Fire Race is more than an event, it’s a way of thinking. By participating in an EWF Race, you’ll unlock a true sense of adventure, have a great time, and discover a friendship with your fellow participants.
Can Kids Race?
EWF is not limited to adult fun! Bring the kids so they can join in on some fun of their very own. Their first option is the half mile kids run including a variety of obstacles and a chance to get really muddy while their parents cheer them on from the sidelines!
Our mission is to inspire children to develop a love for fitness at an early age. Children ages 6-12
may register to do the EWFR Kids Course. Each child will receive a t-shirt and finisher's medal. The second option is for children ages 10-15 who may choose to participate in the EWFR 5k Family Race as a team with one or more parents.
